Blooming in Style at Rose Café & Restaurant

There are some restaurants that serve as an immediate reminder that dining out should feel like an experience, and Rose Café & Restaurant in Sunny Isles Beach certainly lives up to its lovely name.

Sebastian and I recently headed there for some quality time together, and from the moment we arrived, the space felt colorful, quirky and completely charming. Classy floral touches seem to bloom throughout the restaurant, while soft pastels, whimsical details and elegant furnishings create an ambiance that is romantic without feeling overly formal. It is the kind of place that immediately makes you smile, and of course, inspires you to take more than a few pictures.

The Mediterranean-Italian menu matches the beauty of the surroundings, offering tempting choices throughout the day. Guests might begin with the Casseruola al Forno, featuring organic oven-baked eggs, homemade tomato sauce, mozzarella, basil and touches of truffle. Later selections include handmade pastas such as Paccheri Pomodoro e Stracciatella with fresh tomato sauce, basil and creamy burrata, along with salads, seafood, Italian-inspired entrées and homemade gelato. Rose also focuses on clean, nourishing ingredients, with dishes created without refined oils or processed sugars, a refreshing philosophy that brings wellness and indulgence together beautifully.

The drinks are every bit as colorful as the décor. Choices range from handcrafted cocktails like the citrusy, herbaceous Capparita to a Strawberry Matcha, Tiramisu Latte and vibrant wellness lattes made with ingredients such as dragon fruit, beetroot, spirulina and charcoal. Whether someone is in the mood for a celebratory cocktail, a creative coffee or a pretty drink with feel-good energy, there is something fun to sip.

What truly completed our visit, however, was the wonderful service. The team was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming, giving Sebastian and me the time to relax, laugh and simply enjoy being together. That sense of hospitality makes Rose feel like much more than a pretty restaurant.

Its purpose extends beyond the dining room, too. Through its partnership with the Agape Foundation and the Seeds of Faith program, Rose supports women recovering from abuse, addiction or incarceration. Some of the fresh ingredients cultivated through the program even find their way into the restaurant’s kitchen—a meaningful reminder that, with love and opportunity, people can bloom again.

With its flowers, colors, delicious possibilities and heart, Rose Café & Restaurant is a beautiful Sunny Isles escape made for dates, celebrations, brunches with friends or simply adding a little more beauty to an ordinary day.
